The Project - Overview

The Project has been set up to support pupils, currently in Year 9, until they leave school in Year 11. Partners have identified fifty young people in schools who would benefit from some extra support and guidance to ensure they succeed and make a smooth transition into training, education or employment when they leave compulsory education.

Therefore, we have devised a programme to engage pupils in their learning and enable them to take control of their futures. During the three year programme the pupils will spend at least two days a year off site, undertaking various tasks and activities to enable them to build their confidence and widen their aspirations.

We plan to post regular updates on this site for your information this will include details about forthcoming activities, communications to parents, kit lists etc, and we hope you will find this useful.
